The Space:
On Mile Marker 31 - Short Boat Ride to Larry's on the Lake
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed - Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds - Bedroom 3: 1 Queen - Bedroom 4: 1 Queen - Shared Space: Sofa Bed
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchens with the needed utensils and appliances for any meal. Appliances include a microwave, electric stove, oven, fridge with an ice maker, toaster, and coffee maker with freshly brewed coffee options. The dining area can comfortably accommodate many guests.
Indoor Living: Flat screen smart TV access to popular streaming apps. Ceiling Fans and board games in kitchen (bottom cabinet).
Outdoor Living: Balcony off the living room with seating and a grill. Lake toys provided in open garage by the lake.
Parking: 2 in front of the garage, additional parking in gravel circle drive between rental house and yellow house.
General: Free WiFi (high-speed internet), washer and dryer, A/C and heat, towels and linens, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, iron and board, trash bags, and paper towels.
Dock: Uncovered dock with 4 slips for guest use. One for swimming and fishing, the other dock can hold multiple boats. This includes three 16x20 boat slips for guest use. Please do not go to the end of the cove to the community dock. Guests can use boat launch and there is room for trailer parking.

Location, location, location! This area is the best of both worlds at the Lake of the Ozarks. Located close to Hwy 54 you can be just about anywhere you want to go in about 20 minutes by car. On the water you are at the 3 corners and can go into quieter water or head to the action. Waterfront attractions nearby include Fish and Co., Larrys on the Lake, Pappa Chubby's, Captain Ron's, Pier 31 and as well as several options for boat rentals.

The place was great for a week stay! Huge kitchen area and loved the outside deck for morning coffee. Very easy access to load the boat and tie up to the slip. Would recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and roomy place to relax.

This house is gorgeous, and it's on a perfect part of the lake where you have a nice quiet cove, yet you are still close to a bunch of different wonderful restaurants and things to do! We brought a 21 foot fiberglass sport boat which was great for this area the lake! We had great views of the lake from the deck, and all of the neighbors are absolutely wonderful, and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed floating in the water and conversing with the neighbors over cocktails! Thank you for the great stay!!!

My family of 9 visited the Ozarks for 4 days. The house was very nice and clean. There was an uncovered dock for the boat. The kids were able to swim by the dock. Communication was great and check in and out was easy. The only downfall was the road getting down to the house. It is gravel and had not been graded
