Pet Friendly Property Guidelines
• Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
• Pets must be on leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
• Pets must be crated / kenneled when left in the home alone
• Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
• Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket / quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
• Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and / or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.
Cancellation Standards: Any cancellation completed with a refund will have a 5% transaction fee for the processing of the refund. Therefore, the refunded amount will equal 95% of the transaction paid. Lake Days Rentals is not responsible for the refund of fees paid directly to VRBO.

Pictures don't do the house service. Its so much more homey, comfortable, and cuter. I wish we could have stayed longer. And we agree we want to book again. It was perfect for our stay.

Great place to stay on the lake. Quiet cove off main channel. Grocery and restaurants near. Plenty of parking. Nice outdoor space with a deck and covered patio if it rains. 2 full baths and plenty of bedding including pullout coach. Definitely recommend.

4 adults and one dog stayed at the property. Home is exactly as pictured. Water was cold mid April, so did not use water toys to swim etc, and fishing off dock at that time was not successful. there were lots of turtles, some ducks and was very peaceful to sit on dock or deck and enjoy the view. Golfing at Ozark national and old Kinderhook was great. Bridal cave was fun as well. Husband who loves to fish had a fun 4 hour guided trip and some luck fishing some shore places around the area. Home was well stocked with utensils etc for cooking which we did for nearly all our meals during our 4 day stay. Water pressure in showers was great, nice comfortable seating areas inside and out. Nice level area to park, compared to some very steep driveways. Only one VERY SMALL complaint is there are no local channels on the TV. Would stay again in the future.
