Private: natural state property 3'660 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden, natural garden, lawn for sunbathing 1'000 m2. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 10 km, grocery 10 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 10 km, bakery 10 km, bus stop 8.7 km, railway station "Bodenfelde" 8.7 km, ferry "Weserfähre (Sommer/Herbst)" 3.5 km. Das idyllisch gelegene Ferienhaus bietet viel Ruhe und Komfort. Es ist umgeben von Wäldern und Wiesen. Die nahegelegene Weser bietet auch naturnahe Erholung. Wir waren autofrei unterwegs, was auch durchaus möglich ist. Bis zur Ferienwhg gibt es keinen Anschluss an den ÖPNV was mit Taxi ab Bodenfelde gut zu lösen ist. In Bad Karlshafen haben wir uns Pedilacs ausgeliehen und sind so sehr flexibel gewesen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es dort auch. Der gastfre Vermieter bemühte sich rührend, um uns.
