The house offers 3 bedrooms, each with 2 box-spring single beds (can be combined), 2 bathrooms with showers, a separate kitchen adjoining the living area, and a terrace accessible from the living room. A reserved parking space, free Wi-Fi, and non-smoking amenities complete the offer.
