About this house rental
Conveniently located in northern Tuscia, 30 minutes train from Termini rail station in Rome, this extensive estate is cultivated according to the rules of organic agriculture. Cattle is raised free and grass fed. Nature is unspoiled and wild fauna is easy to spot on summer nights. The Nesbitt family, of British origins, has owned and treasured this land for over a century.
The house (350 sq mt) is comfortable and very well equipped, AC in all 4 bedrooms, bathrooms are ensuite, maid available daily, and personal trainer for walks or aqua-gym. Several choices for dining al fresco. The pool is built within the remains of a roman villa. It contains 800 M3 of water. Diving from the rocks is safe for the children as well for the adults. the all area is of archeological interest.
Close to Viterbo, Orvieto, Spoleto, Florence, Orte train station is a crucial stop for most trains headed north or south.
