With Park City’s free bus route right nearby and a variety of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores within a short distance, everything you need for the perfect vacation is close at hand.

Inside, you’ll find 1,417 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space filled with cozy mountain charm. The main level features a welcoming living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with a convenient half bath. The downstairs master bedroom offers a king bed and private en -suite bathroom, while upstairs, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a smaller open loft bedroom share a full bath. The loft offers flexible sleeping options with either two twin beds or one king, ideal for accommodating families or groups.

Relax in the updated living area, complete with sleek leather sofas, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and new flat-screen TVs in every bedroom as well as the living room. Enjoy the added convenience of a new in-unit washer and dryer, wireless internet, and your own private hot tub, the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring Park City.

Guests at Three Kings 93 also have access to fantastic community amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, changing facilities, and secure underground parking. While the winter courtesy shuttle is no longer in service, the free city-wide bus system runs year-round, making it easy to get around town without a car.

Beautiful clean condo. Pluses are 4 single beds for our kids and a private hot tub. One small negative was there was only a small dining table for four. Otherwise it’s a short walk to the slopes and the decor is top notch.
