About this apartment rental
All Seasons is the most convenient location in Park City, and this condo is the builder's unit on the top floor with a sweeping balcony that overlooks the Park City golf course (cross-country ski trail in winter) and the ski slopes at Park City Ski Resort. The views are fabulous through windows extending the length of the unit. It is right on the public golf course and, with southern exposure, a perfect place to enjoy summer.
Walk out the front door and ride the free Park City bus service from the covered bus stop beside the condominium driveway. Park City Ski slopes are just two blocks up the hill, with easy short-ride connections to Deer Valley and the Canyons. At the end of a great ski day, relax in our heated pool with Jacuzzi jets.
Across the street is Cole Sports and Jans, within easy walking distance is the main grocery store, drug store, several restaurants, and Starbucks.
This condo has a fully appointed kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a large dining room area to accommodate up to eight persons. Gather in the family room in front of the fireplace and tell stories of the day, or watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV.
The master suite has a king bed and a jetted tub in the bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has a twin-over-queen bunk bed. Each room has its own full bath, and all rooms have TVs.
If you have a car, which is not necessary, All Seasons has a heated garage with an elevator to all floors.

Perfect place for Sundance

Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a perfect location, can walk to lifts or take shuttle bus. Some folks figured out how to ski in. We had tons of powder then this spacious 3 rd floor condo to relax around the fireplace. Kitchen was fully outfitted and we picked up groceries and cooked most nights. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Overall beautiful condo and perfect.

We hae a wonderful weeklong stay at this condo. It was very clean and well-kept. We were all impressed with the amenities, including a very well-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, and even an outdoor hot tub!
My colleagues and I were in Park City for Sundance and Slamdance, and we could not have asked for a more perfect location. There's a shuttle stop literally in front of the condo complex. And it's a short walk to several key venues for both Sundance and Slamdance events and screenings. Fresh Market is a short walk away, and there's a FedEx very close by as well (very useful if you have things to ship back home after the festivals).
We will definitely come back!
