Beautiful "villa" for 10 adults and 4 children with a swimming pool in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence

Our beautiful, fully air-conditioned villa with a heated pool (from October to April) is located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence in the Alpilles (700 meters from downtown), an 8-minute walk away, on a wooded lot of 1,500 m². You can easily walk to downtown. The town of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence is renowned for its lifestyle and rich cultural heritage (museums, shows, shops, hiking trails, and more). It boasts an ideal location and breathtaking views of the Alpilles.

Our villa consists of a 190 m² main house (6 bedrooms) and a separate 72 m² house with a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and 2 bedrooms. The 1,500 m² property (a rarity in the town of Saint-Rémy) features a 12×6-meter pool heated from October through April, which is sun-exposed all day long and equipped with a roller shutter system for children’s safety. We’ve created a 3-meter shallow end so young children can play safely. The pool is equipped with 9 lounge chairs, 5 umbrellas, and low tables for you to relax.
There’s also a 13x6-meter pétanque court. (Pétanque balls provided)

OUTDOOR AREA:

Our villa features 4 terraces:
1 Pool House terrace under the grapevines with a table seating 10–12 people for your lunches and dinners overlooking the pool, equipped with an electric Weber grill. The pool house is equipped with an outdoor kitchen featuring a sink, cabinet, and fridge-freezer. You’ll also find a restroom, a washing machine, and a dryer.
