You will be seduced by the exteriors: spectacular 25 x 6 metre swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, pergola with sofa for moments of relaxation in the shade, summer kitchen and furnished terraces, decorative pond with fish.
And at the back, a garden lounge area to the north, perfect for enjoying a little freshness on hot summer days.
Inside, the farmhouse reveals impressive volumes and noble materials: travertine floors, exposed beams, high ceilings... The whole is fully air-conditioned by the floor, for optimal thermal comfort.
The 150 m² living room is a completely redesigned old shed, now transformed into a space as spectacular as it is friendly.
It includes an ultra-modern kitchen with two sinks, a cooking range with 4 ovens, a microwave, an additional oven, an American fridge, a large counter/bar and a sublime wall-mounted glass wine cellar (not accessible to travellers) as well as a large living room with neat decoration.
From this main room, a corridor leads to the sleeping areas as well as to a second intimate living room, with a large stone fireplace and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional beds in a warm atmosphere.
The farmhouse has a total of five bedrooms, all equipped with their own private shower room or bathroom. Three of them are on the first floor, with beautiful volumes, including a remarkable one with its cathedral ceiling and exposed framework.
Two of these rooms also each have a children's bed (one 70 cm, the other 90 cm), which can be kept or removed according to your needs, thus bringing the possible capacity to 14 people (including a maximum of 12 adults).
Upstairs, two other rooms complete the set, one of which is a real suite, extended by a bathroom worthy of the greatest hotels: square whirlpool bath, walk-in shower, double sink, and generous spaces designed for comfort and relaxation.
