About this villa rental
Welcome to this beautifully renovated pool villa in a fantastic neighborhood in Cape Coral.
Villa Lazy Days has recently been newly and comfortably furnished and can accommodate up to seven people.
The living area is spacious and open and offers plenty of space with two seating areas for relaxing and cozy TV evenings.
The fully equipped, bright kitchen with professional appliances is integrated directly into the living room. There is a breakfast bar with four stools and a nice dining table for communal meals.
For music fans, we have installed a speaker system from Sonos (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area.
The sliding doors can be opened directly from the living room to the covered terrace. There is a dining area, a lounge area with a view over the water and pool loungers. A BBQ grill is also available for cozy barbecue evenings.
A dip in the beautiful south-facing pool provides refreshment - ideal for enjoying the sun all day long. This and the whirlpool are electrically heated. The terrace is the perfect place to relax and spend wonderful days with your family. Enjoy the wide view of the canal!
The master bedroom is spacious and has direct access to the terrace. The adjacent bathroom has a double sink, shower and bathtub.
A second bedroom also has a view and access to the terrace. The adjacent bathroom leads directly onto the lanai.
The third bedroom and a small room with a sofa bed share another bathroom.
Your private boat deck with boat lift (lift on request) awaits you directly on the canal. Start your exploration tours by boat through the canals and to the beautiful beaches directly from here.
In addition to the good home furnishings, you will also find beach chairs, a cool box and beach equipment for your trips in the garage.
The first-class location of Villa Lazy Days should also be highlighted. Within walking distance is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground. Directly nearby is Cape Harbour, the modern and beautifully landscaped marina with several restaurants, an ice cream parlor, live music in the evenings and much more. Always worth a visit! A supermarket (Publix) and some restaurants are also within walking distance.

We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

We had the best time staying here! The house was very clean and hot tub was a huge hit since it wasn’t super warm while we were there! Would highly recommend and love to come back!

This property is absolutely beautiful. Very nicely decorated inside, The pool/lanai area is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and close to grocery shopping. We would definitely stay here again.
The only word of caution I would give is to very closely review the extra fees when you are booking. They charge a per person fee after the first 2 people (for a 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom house). I didn't catch that when I booked it. Still ended up being reasonable for what we got.

Very nice property. We rented for 5 weeks. Economical for a couple, but quite pricey if more than two people. This particular rental agency charges a higher price if you have more than two people. Price is competitive for a couple but much higher than comparable if you have more than two people and use the whole house. Towles, dishes, and cookware were much nicer than typical rental property. We really liked the house and only wished the price would have been the same if we could have invited our friends to stay without incurring additional charges. Initially our interaction with the management company was great. Our golf clubs arrived early and a representative was kind enough to go to the house and put them inside for us. That was a great experience. On the flip side the house has a boat lift and they use it to store their rental boats when not rented. As a result, we had random people show up with no notice to store and deal with rental boats for the first couple of weeks. After I complained, they removed the boat and left us alone for the last couple of weeks. You expect that there will be a pool and lawn service weekly, but other than that, you would hope to get a heads up if other people were to show up unannounced. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return to Cape Coral again next year. However we will likely choose a property managed by someone other than Coral Villas as we would like to be able to invite our friends and family without additional cos
