About this villa rental
Hall Hacienda is a welcoming 2 level townhome with 1800 sqft. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with an open floor plan. Downstairs features a large family room w/ 60` TV, cable and wireless internet. There is a stocked kitchen. There is a washer/dryer combo. On main floor is bath and queen bedroom. Upstairs is a large master w/deck.The bath has a shower and soak tub. Upstairs are one w/queen bedroom and one w/twin and trundle. They share a bathroom. Parking for 4 cars and outdoor shower.
Beach access is at the end of the block. (You might find another `private` one a bit closer if you watch the neighbors.)
A short walk away is Carolina Beach Park Lake where there is paddle boat rental, playground, and usually an outside kid-friendly movie (Toy Story, etc) each weekend. It also hosts the Saturday farmer`s market.
Easy access (0.6 mi. ) to the Carolina Beach boardwalk with a small carnival throughout the summer and weekly fireworks. There are many great restaurants and bars with live entertainment most evenings. Do not miss Britt`s Doughnuts!
Easy access to the beach, Carolina Beach Lake and Carolina Beach boardwalk area.

+We are unable to accommodate early check in or late check out. Please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind. Late checkout without consent will be charged $25 fee per hour.
+ No parties or events of any kind in the property.
+No smoking is allowed. A $300 violation fee will be charged if evidence is found of smoking inside the unit.
+ If you are a smoker you may want to consider booking elsewhere as any strong smoke order will result in a fine for odor removal.
+ No extra guests not listed on the reservation.
+ No pets are allowed. A $300 violation fee will be charged if evidence is found of a pet inside the unit.
+ There will be a Lost or Key replacement fee of $100.

The home is even more spacious than expected - I was pleasantly surprised at how much our group of five could spread out in the living area. A wonderful location, and a space filled with natural light, which we loved! The view from the primary suite is PEAK.

The house was exceptionally clean and hosts so easy to work with. Location is perfect across the street from the beach and in short walking distance to restaurants. Everything you could need is there. Great place to stay for our family for New Years!

Angie was very quick to answer any questions I had and quick to respond to minor maintenence issues (outside lights burned out).Since we stayed over Christmas, she even put up a small Christmas tree!The house was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a large Christmas dinner.It was a very relaxing time for me and my family.
