~Parking is provided in the Lowell Building’s underground garage (clearance is 6 feet 10 inches); a parking permit will be waiting on the kitchen counter. Oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated, and alternate parking is not available. For the comfort of all guests, smoking and pets are not permitted.

My husband and I and our three kids loved staying here. Great living spaces to hang out and very spacious bedrooms! It was perfect to cook and relax after a long day of skiing. The location was ideal - right next to ski school made our morning routine so simple and the shop my husband and I rented skis from was right under the building - so convenient. Communication with property management company was excellent! We would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again when visiting Park City!

So close to the slopes! Easy setup, great space, cozy, spacious, convenient and great amenities. Good communication and help when needed and best of all, can walk to lifts, hot tub, apres ski, Mexican, ice cream or ice skating whenever you want, right out your door. Easy drive into town for dinners & shopping.

Huge rooms and more room than we needed. Clean and fully furnished. Loved the two minute walk to the lift lines and access to everything so close. Can't beat the location, the friendly service, or the unit.
