Step outside and you're practically at the base of Park City Mountain Resort; stroll a few minutes more and you're wandering Historic Main Street's shops, galleries, and restaurants. In any season, you can park the car, settle in, and let the mountains, lifts, and nightlife come to you—from first tracks and après-ski to summer hikes, bike rides, and patio dinners.
This multi-level retreat feels like a true Old Town ski house, with about 2,400 square feet designed for groups to spread out and reconnect. Enter through the garage and you're instantly in the bright main living level, where big windows pull in mountain light and the energy of the neighborhood outside. Drop your bags, hang up your gear, and you're right in the heart of the action without ever feeling cramped.

This house was nice for our medium sized group. When we arrived, there was a pretty big leak in one of the bedrooms due to an inordinate amount of snow causing issues on an outer wall of the house. They were very responsive even though it was New Years Day. we did have to keep a pot under the leak for about 24 hours but they managed it as quickly as possible.
The location to the mountain couldn't be beat. The heated floors on the main level was a great touch. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable.

The location of the property could not have been more perfect….walk across the street, through the parking lot and we were at the base of the mountain. We rented and valeted skis at Jackson’s Base Camp (as they recommended) which was right there.
The house was clean and high end and well managed.
We would rent again!
