Villa Sicutti is located near Svetvinčenat and is an excellent base for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches are only about a 20-minute drive away.Outside, there is a large heated infinity pool with modern sun loungers. The well-kept lawn with a relaxation area on the terrace provides the perfect place to unwind. The terrace, with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and barbecue, is ideal for dining al fresco, with a beautiful view of the pool.The villa has 3 ground-floor bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the large covered terrace and pool. The living room is modernly furnished with a large SMART TV, and the house is fully air-conditioned.The villa is only 1 km from the Istrian castle Morosini-Grimani in Svetvinčenat, known for its attractive features and events. Istrian towns are nearby: Rovinj approx. 25 km, Poreč approx. 30 km, and Pula approx. 40 km. This villa was ideally appointed. Beautifully designed and decorated. One of three properties in a cul de sac in a rural setting. Plenty of outdoor seating facilities to read and relax. All in all a suprerb choice. Thank you Igor for your hospitality.

A beautiful, peaceful property set in the countryside just outside the village of Svetvincenat. Central location on Istrian peninsula enabling easy access to both east and west coasts. The villa is well-equipped and the outside pool and sun deck are lovely. There is a separate BBQ and external eating area as well for hot nights outside. A really lovely property. The owners, Igor and Sanja couldn't have been more helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Lindsay & Andy

Just had the most wonderful week in Svetvincenat-the villa is superb and the owner, Igor, was very friendly and helpful. The villa was spotless, very modern with some lovely features, great colour changing lights which our daughters loved! We found it difficult to drag ourselves away from the lovely pool and house but there is a lot to see and do within a half hour drive if you are looking for a bit more to do. The barbecue, outdoor hob and sink make al fresco dining easy and the house has everything you need. We would highly recommend the villa and hope to return for another holiday soon. Thanks Igor.

Wonderfoll House, charmant interor, Designed with Love, sleeping Rooms so that no One is disturbed by another one, each with bathroom beside.
Nice outdoor kitchen and place to eat there. A Great Place to sit in shadow and the wonderful Pool.
