Heritage House San Vincenti

A generously sized residential house in the very heart of this characterful little town. The facilities were great, very much enjoyed the pool and the social space of the property.

An atmospheric old house with a soul and a lot of plants. In the heart of the town, opposite the castle ruins and the main square. Comfortable courtyard with swimming pool. Equipped with everything you need. The perfect place for excursions all over Istria. The owner, Flavia, is a dinky and very helpful person :) He makes sure that it is clean, comfortable and safe all the time, and the guests do not miss anything. We highly recommend it, and we plan to visit Villa San Vincenti again :)

This charming villa in the cute Istrian town of Svetvinčenat was everything you could imagine and more. The house was very spacious and perfectly clean, ideal for large groups and families alike. Four bathrooms were a huge bonus. The courtyard is beautiful and the pool amazing on a hot day. Flavia was a perfect host, easy to communicate with an very helpful. Beautiful city of Rovinj is only 20 minutes away by car, and the central location is perfect for exploring Istria as all the best spots are reachable in some half an hour.
