Located steps from Park City's free year-round bus route and within easy walking distance of local restaurants, shops, and markets, you'll find everything you need just outside your door.

Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting atmosphere with newly remodeled finishes throughout. The main level features a freshly updated kitchen, a cozy living and dining area, and a full bathroom. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms offer peaceful rest after a day on the mountain — one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds — along with a second full bathroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Three Kings 83 also includes central air conditioning to keep summer stays cool and complimentary year-round Wi-Fi.

Step outside onto the private deck, where a brand-new grill sets the stage for laid-back outdoor dining and relaxed evenings under the stars. Overall stay was great, location was very convenient to get to PC. The only complaint if I have one is the fact that the wall doesn't extend to the ceiling in the one bedroom and the furnace is surprisingly loud when it kicks on. Took a couple nights to get used to.

Nice condo for the 3 of us. It was stocked beautifully with all nice kitchen utensils and dishes. Very comfortable and clean. Great location close to the market.
