Our family stayed at Three Kings for a week in Jan '26 and had an absolutely great time. The condo is in an excellent location, only a 3 min walk to the First Timer lift, and 8 mins to the base, next to Payday and Crescent lifts. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and plenty of room for us to all spread out. The clubhouse around the corner had a nice outdoor pool and hot tub (we used the hot tub after skiing each night), along with a fireplace, ping pong, and a workout room. The location is also very close to the local grocery store and a short drive or walk to historic downtown Park City for dining and shopping. Another additional benefit was the free ski rental for each night that we were there - we used Ski & See for our rentals and they were super friendly and easy to work with. We would recommend these condos to others, and plan to stay there again in the future.

Very cozy condo at the base of the slopes. The kitchen had everything we needed. Easy access to the lifts with a short walk. Great location to the slopes, grocery store and close enough to main st to walk.
