Welcome to Park City Bear Hollow 1406, a perfect retreat for any season! Nestled in the Bear Hollow community near the iconic Utah Olympic Park, this beautiful home puts you close to everything you need for a memorable getaway. A short walk takes you to Redstone Village in Kimball Junction, where you'll find shopping, dining, and essentials. You're also steps from the free shuttle route, making it easy to explore Old Town, Deer Valley, and Main Street. Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or simply relaxing, this home offers the ideal base for every adventure.
This home has 1,330 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all to easily accommodate up to 8 guests.
You'll enter the home via the front door, stepping right into the great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area.
Living Room: This room boasts a plush sofa and loveseat, TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. The adjacent private balcony offers plenty of views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a four-burner gas range, and gorgeous stone counters. There's also seating for three at the kitchen bar.
Dining Area: Seating for up to four guests.
Bedrooms / Bathrooms:
Master suite — Queen size bed, Vizio TV, walk-in closet, private bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 – Queen bed, Vizio TV, and access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo
Bedroom 3/bunkroom — Twin-over-full bunk bed, and access to a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Community Amenities:
There are many Bear Hollow community amenities to enjoy, including a clubhouse with a well-equipped fitness center and a hot tub that is open year-round, along with a community pool open in the summer season.
Pets: Yes, up to two dogs allowed. There is a $200 non refundable pet fee that will be added to the reservation
Hot tub: Yes, communal (located just outside the building & at clubhouse)
Laundry: Stacked Washer and dryer in laundry closet adjacent to kitchen

This is a great Condo and perfect location. It is also great for dogs since there is a fantastic dog park next door to the complex.
The condo had everything needed, great roomy kitchen and nice furnishings, bathrooms, tile, etc.
We like this location because it’s only 3 lights from Canyons Ski Resort and only another 2 miles to Park City Resort and Downtown.
On heavy traffic days, this location is out of the mess because it’s between the resorts and the highway providing great access.
You can’t get a better location if your also visiting Olympic Parm which is next door.
All in all, great option and priced fairly considering the 3 bedrooms 2 bath layout and great kitchen.
Parking garage is a tightly laid out, however it’s secured and parking inside makes it great for snowy days.
We used the spa with nobody around, we used the outside areas for walking the dogs and we enjoyed the entire trip.

This was a great place to stay in Park City. And having the pool just across the street was a bonus. It's a beautiful condo with lots of room for food, fun, and conversation.
