The front porch is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day. There are 2 mounted TVs with Roku streaming services located in the living room and the back bedroom. All updated appliances and new furnishings for you and your loved ones to enjoy. The beautiful beaches of St. Augustine are less than a 10 minute car ride away, located on Anastasia Island just over the Bridge of Lions.
Bring a bike or enjoy a leisurely stroll to all the local Lincolnville establishments. Right around the corner from Blue Hen where you can enjoy one of the best brunches in town. Dog rose Brewery is perfect for a casual beer and Fish Camp for a nice waterfront dinner. Free street parking throughout Lincolnville and metered parking in downtown St. Augustine.

The house was decorated beautifully!! Had everything we needed. It was clean and the cutest backyard and front porch. We would love to stay again for our annual girls trip.

We had a terrific stay in St. Augustine! The house was exactly as described. The location was within walking distance of restaurants, shops and dining. Also just a couple of blocks to a trolley stop. We highly recommend this property!
