About this villa rental

Villa Ronda Estación, which stretches over 2 floors, is located in Porreres, in the heart of the popular Balearic island of Mallorca. The comfortable holiday home with its modern interior consists of an open living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island, 4 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and air conditioning. With a safety fence for children at the stairs, a child-friendly bedroom and a swing in the tree, it is ideal for family holidays. In the outdoor area, a large garden with a lawn, a solarium made of wood with loungers and a parasol as well as a 15 m² pool await you. The pool area is separated from the rest of the terrace by a fence, creating a safe atmosphere for the young guests. A supermarket and a restaurant are 350 m away. The beautiful sandy beach Platja Es Trenc is 20 km (23 minutes by car) from the accommodation. Thanks to its central location in the heart of the island, other beaches and bays are within easy reach.

Pros: Check in hat super geklappt. 2 Tage vor Ankunft haben wir vom Vermieter ein Video per WhatsApp bekommen, wo wir den Schlüssel finden und ins Haus kommen. Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Porreres, fussläufig sind ein Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants zu erreichen. Zum nächsten Strand sind es 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Flughafen ist ist 25 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top! Als Willkommensgeschenk gab es einen großen Obstkorb, Knabbereien und Wein. Da wir 2 Wochen dort verbracht haben, wurde die Unterkunft nach einer Woche gesäubert und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Toller Pool. Cons: Leider sehr viele Ameisen, auch im Haus. Man konnte leider gar nicht liegen lassen ohne dass es nach 5 Minuten komplett von Ameisen bevölkert war. Wir haben dann alle Lebensmittel ausschließen im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt.
