Rules:



- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If desired, they can smoke outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.



- Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.



- You must take responsibility for the waste generated during your stay. Please separate the waste in the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.



- Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also make sure to close windows and doors so that cold or hot air does not escape.



- It is not allowed to celebrate parties or events in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.



Booking Conditions:



- Visitors must pay a deposit of 500.00 Euros (in cash) upon arrival, which will be returned upon departure.



- Tourist Tax: 2.2€/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.
