Great studio close to the convention center. I was worried about not having a/c, but I just opened the windows and the multiple fans were plenty to keep the studio cool. Room looks exactly as pictured. Great view of the queen mary from the roof.

- Remodeled place with good utilities
- Kitchen is good
Cons
- No AC
- Noisy environment at night - heard lots of noises on road that is audible, as the glass doors are thin
- Lift is bit old, i saw the maintenance date was outdated
