We needed a place that felt like home. This fit that need in every way. From the beautiful garden outside the door to the arrangement of the furniture. From the kitchen and the stock in the cupboards to the towels and linens, this place helped us to be able to relax and be get much needed rest between therapy sessions at a nearby clinic. We could also do our laundry in the laundry room and didn’t have to go out and find laundry facilities.

Free parking can be a challenge to find sometimes, but there are quite a few paid options including a parking lot that you can see fully from the Kitchen and living room windows.

Modern, nice, great parking for a very reasonable price. Host was very attentive and caring.

It was a little bit loud, but not too much. We will definitely go back. It’s Long Beach, downtown, it’s not going to be quiet.

Owner was great. Location and information provided was great.

1/ Space and Furnishings: There were so many ornaments, pillows, and glass items on table top surfaces, or on seats, that it was very difficult to know where to place our own stuff. We had a party of four, so once the sofa was folded out, the facility was very cluttered and awkward to use. Suitcases and bags and clothes had to be put in the middle of the floor. The only free seats were the kitchen chairs. In the bathroom there was no good place to set our toiletries because of more ornaments, and excess towels. 2/Plumbing issues: For some reason we could not find a kitchen sink stopper, so could not properly do dishes easily. And the bathroom sink was plugged. 3/Electrical issues: it seemed a number of wall plugins did not work. It took time to find a way to get power close to the bed. Although there were many positive aspects such as location and the helpful owner, I would not stay again.based on the clutter.
