This beautiful, bright 2-story condo has 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Double), two full bathrooms, in suite washer/dryer and 3 patios! Located in Olde Marco in the small community of Model Village, the community pool is cove-side with shared BBQ facilities and community building (covered seating and TV). Close to many restaurants: The famous Snook Inn is across the street with live music or Leebe's for fresh caught fish take out! Jack's Lookout is a beautiful short walk for cold beverages and chatting with the locals! A bike ride to one of the many public beach access areas. Elevator on site. Short drive across the bridge to Naples for additional dining and entertainment options or drive the Tamiami Trail and see alligators up close!! This community is a quiet, non-smoking property with a 10PM noise curfew, Covid-19 questionnaire/cleaning practices and security screening of applications (for longer term rentals). Great location, clean and comfortable condo. Spiral staircase to upstairs bedroom was narrow and steep and difficult to get up and down.

Everything about this property was great. Sheryl was super easy to work with and answered any inquires very quickly. The pool was great, the area was great and the condo was super clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We needed a place to stay for a few days while we were going to be in Marco Island for a wedding. Everywhere down there was expensive in Feb. and/or had a week minimum stay. After a lot of searching we found this condo and it fit all our needs at a reasonable price. Everywhere we needed to go was within 5-10 min drive of the condo. There were also places to eat that we could walk to. The condo itself was clean, parking was easy and my son loved that he could go down to the water everyday and fish. It met all our needs. Like another review said, the spiral staircase was not fun to go up or down, but we only used the room up there for sleeping, and there was a bathroom up there so once we were up there for the night there was no need to go up or down the stairs multiple times. I would stay in the condo again if I was in the area and needed somewhere to stay.
