Located on the ground floor, the villa boasts beautiful furnishings and natural stone walls that create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It offers a living room with a sofa bed for one, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a half-bath, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. Ideal for families, the villa includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, and, upon request, a cot and high chair.
The highlight of the property is the spacious outdoor area. Enjoy a lovely Mediterranean garden where you might spot peacocks and turtles, perfect for relaxing hours in a tranquil setting. The large shared pool (open April 5 to September 30) lights up in 7 colors, and your private terrace is ideal for dining or unwinding with a glass of wine. Thanks to its location just outside the bustle of Porto Rotondo, you’ll enjoy complete privacy while still being only minutes by car from the center, with shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby. The sandy Marinella Beach is just 3 km away.
Parking is available. Pets are welcome on request and for an extra charge. Bed linen and towels are included and changed every 7 days.
