Location, layout, air conditioning, cleanliness

No iron, BBQ was defect, lack of kitchen tools that work, lack of glasses, lots of burnt out light bulbs, a noisy bed in the lower floor, a noisy vent in one of the bathrooms, no responsiveness of staff when raising these issues.
