About this apartment rental
HOT DEALS spring deals , 5% discount weekly and 35% discount monthly. CHECK OUT OUR REDUCED PRICES FOR April and May. A beautiful first floor easily accessible unit with king sized bed, fold out couch, and lower hallway bunk. Fully furnished kitchen, with open spaces to the living room area. Front porch for relaxing view of the gulf across the street!! Large bedroom with spacious closets and a stacked washer and dryer. Walk to the beach or drive to Pier Park in minutes!! Swimming pool and shuffleboard on site. Parking is $35 per week per car however if we need to accommodate 2 cars let us know so we can get an extra parking pass (extra charge of $35 per week per car).

This place was wonderful for our family of four (infant and age 9). Walk to the beach in 3-4 mins. You can’t get down the elevator that fast on those high rise properties! Condo was as described, had everything we needed! Would certainly stay again.

We have always stayed further west, but this spot did not disappoint! Even have an ocean view from the front patio to entice you down to the beach, such a short walk away. I hope we are able to come back and visit, perfect setup for our family of 3!

The decor of the unit was dated. Utensils in kitchen were lacking. No toaster or workable can opener. Dishwasher needs repair. Couch was uncomfortable. Washer and dryer were serviceable. Air condtioner unit was very good and kept the unit cool. Plenty of hot water and water pressure was good.
