The living, dining, and kitchen are all connected in a continuous open space. Guests can enter the space through the code entry front door or the private enclosed garage. The living area has a 55 inch TV with Roku streaming device. There are (2) L-shaped sectionals in the living area to view the TV and use the gas fireplace. The dining area has seating for 6 people as well as 3 chairs at the counter table that connects to the fully stocked kitchen. There is a half bath at the end of the kitchen and directly across from it is the laundry space with washer and dryer.
Exterior:
There is a small enclosed back patio with 2 chairs and a table with an umbrella. This opens to a large grass area behind the townhome that is open for public use.
Bedrooms:
There are three (3) bedrooms upstairs. The master suite has one (1) king bed and 55" TV with Roku streaming device. The 2nd bedroom has one (1) king bed and 55" TV with Roku streaming device. The 3rd bedroom has one (1) bunk bed with two (2) single or normal twin mattresses. All 3 bedrooms come stocked with linens and towels.
Bathroom(s) & Laundry:
On the second level is a full bath with jetted tub/shower stocked with linens. On the main level is a half bath. Across from half bath on the main level is a washer and dryer.

The home was exactly as described. It worked well for our family of 8. We appreciated the proximity to the Davis Conference Center, where we were attending a conference, and to grocery stores. The kitchen was reasonably stocked with expected pans for meal prep.

The property was nice with a 3 bedroom and large sofa to match everything worked correctly. The front screen door needs to be looked at it makes a loud squeaky noise when you close it other than that it was a nice place to stsy.

The property is just as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the space was clean, and the neighbors and neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the hosts were clear, concise, and prompt. We really enjoyed our stay there and plan on staying again in the future. The couches in the living room were comfortable. That is a plus for us. A lot of the places we stay in aren't designed to sit and watch a movie with family in the evenings and this was nice for that. The shower has a handheld with 2 different heights that work great for the taller and the height challenged individuals.

This was the perfect location for our quick trip to visit family over a long weekend. The home was clean, comfortable, and near everything we needed. Matt was a great host & communication was top notch. Easy check-in & check-out. Looking forward to staying again.
