About this house rental
Luxury ocean view, four-bedroom home, with all of the amenities. Perfectly located in between Dominical and Uvita.
Each of the 4 bedrooms is a suite with an en-bedroom bathroom.
Home with modern, yet comfortable, design.
Large, private, saltwater swimming pool.
Main floor has the well equipped kitchen, kitchen island, dining area and living room all in one large, airy and spacious space, laundry, luxurious and large Owner's Suite and Suite #2.
Suites #3 and #4 upstairs.
Guests will meet with an Osa Property Management representative at check-in and at check-out. Osa Property Management will be available throughout the day and in the event of emergencies.
Our full-time concierge will contact you within 48 hours of your reservation being confirmed.
There is NO CHARGE for our concierge services.
We can help you plan everything for your trip, including: transportation (rental cars, private shuttles, private helicopter or airplane transportation), the area’s best tours, private chef and dinner reservations.
The home is located in the mountains above Dominicalito, and located between Dominical and Uvita.
Just minutes from local restaurants, grocery store and souvenirs.
Some of the world's best surfing, and the famous beach town of Dominical is less than 10 minutes away.
Uvita's famous Marino Ballena National Park, and the 'Whale's Tail' beach is 20 minutes to the south.
The property is located approximately 3 hours from Juan Santamaria/San Jose International airport (airport code: SJO).
Guests may also prefer for our Concierge to line up a flight from San Jose to Quepos, about 45 minutes from the property.
Guests will be provided with a custom PIN to the front door for arrival at anytime (after 3 pm).

What a wonderful place! This house lived up to its description. It is situated on a hill overlooking the sea. Toucans, monkeys, lizards… lots of wildlife. Our family really enjoyed the pool and sitting outside when it was raining. Can’t recommend this place enough.
The property managers were great and were always available on WhatsApp. Note, you need a car that can climb hills. 4x4 is strongly recommended. My family “enjoyed” the climb quite a few times and it was always commented on.
We just got back to the states and we already miss the house.

The house was absolutely beautiful, however you should atress to have a 4x4 to get to the house The amenities weee spot on and the view from the house was breathtaking. I do recommend this rental for a group setting. They provide all that is needed. An awesome experience.
