This place was so perfect for us! We didn’t book it until about two days before arrival, and we were thrilled when we arrived. Very clean condo, it felt so big and spacious. Comfortable beds, everything f we wanted in the kitchen, and very nicely updated bathrooms. The balcony was perfect for us, being in the west building, the balcony faces south east therefore you can catch the morning sunrise from the balcony. (Afternoon shade on balcony) The beach was very clean and a lot of room for football, volleyball, frisbee, etc… plus plenty of room to catch some rays. We loved the hot tub and grill area too. This was our 5th consecutive year spending Spring Break in Florida’s pan handle, and this was our favorite place we picked. Loved it and we’ll be back.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at the beach. Layout of the rooms in condo was nice. It was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Including an electric kettle. The grounds were beautiful and right on the beach. Would definitely come back.

My wife and I quickly committed to and booked a visit to the Gulf Shores area. We didn't realized that we would be staying in Perdido Key instead but we enjoyed it much better. The condo was very nice. We had a small issue keeping the air at a certain level, it kept jumping up to 75 degrees and not cooling as we wanted but we would lower it several times a day. That was really no big deal. The main issue was that the king size bed in the master bedroom had two twin sheets as the bottom sheet instead of a fitted king size bottom sheet. Needless to say we would wake up with the bottom sheets all bundled up beneath us. Again, not the worst thing in the world.
Overall we will probably try to book this unit again in the future. We enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our spring break vacation! The unit was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony can’t be beat and the complex was not incredibly busy. It made for a very relaxing get-away!
