The guest bedroom has a full size bed. The living room has a 46" flat panel TV and a DVD player; the master bedroom has a 42" flat panel TV and DVD player; the guest bedroom has a 32" flat panel TV and DVD player. The kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops and new cabinetry. The living room has new leather furniture. The Gulf front balcony is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. Full size washer and dryer in unit. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi.

We've stayed at Eden several times and it never disappoints. This unit was nice, clean and we had a great time.

This condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our family. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach, I enjoyed the views and reading my book on the spacious balcony. Although Eden is a larger property and they were fully booked, it never felt overly crowded or raucous like OBA or GS can get!

This was a beautiful place to stay! Our condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. The Employees were the best.
