Villa With Private Pool And Panoramic Views Over The Aegean Sea. Fully Equipped

We really enjoyed our stay at this house.Strengths:Location and view (10/10): the property is in a spectacular position, offering a beautiful view over both Porto Loutraki and Skiathos. Truly outstanding. We also appreciated the absence of insects, even during the night, which is quite rare and very pleasant.Local support (10/10): a special thanks to Cristhos, who was always caring, kind, and extremely quick to assist. We had a small flooding issue in the bathroom and he solved it immediately with great professionalism.Areas for improvement:Toilet paper management (5/10): not being able to flush toilet paper is inconvenient and uncomfortable. Having to use dedicated bins reduces the overall comfort of the stay.Overall, our experience was very positive. The house is truly worth it for its unique location and the excellent local support. With an improvement in the bathroom facilities, it would be absolutely perfect.

This is a super lovely villa! Really spacious inside and out with several balconies and verandas and a really well kept, good sized pool. Views from everywhere inside and outside are stunning. Very comfortable and clean and well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, good kitchen utensils, TV with European channels and Netflix etc). We were very well looked after by Hermann (host) and Christos (manager). Great location. Skopelos is a lovely island and the villa is a few minutes' walk both down to Loutraki (small port, beach, boat hire, nice restaurants) and up to Glossa (attractive hilltop village, superb views, butcher, baker, nice restaurants). Boats go a few times a day from Loutraki to Skiathos and you can hire a water taxi which is fun, Buses run about four times a day from Loutraki via Glossa to the main beaches and on to Skopelos town (takes an hour). Really lovely countryside around, with great walks, bike routes and scenic drives. Definitely recommend and would love to return!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, two teenage children) stayed here for 10 days and had an absolutely amazing time. The Villa is really well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. We ate out and also bbq’d a few nights. There’s an excellent butchers in Glossa for very good quality meat. The views from all terraces were absolutely stunning and had that real ‘wow’ factor- felt very lucky with how well the Villa was located. Christos and Despina were lovely and super helpful whenever needed and recommended some perfect places to visit and eat. Definitely recommend having a car for the duration of your stay so you can visit all the lovely sights and beaches. Skopelos was a perfect balance of activity and relaxation with more than enough to do for 10 days. The island isn’t as crowded as many other Greek islands and remains quite unspoilt. We hired a car from Dream cars in Loutraki who we’d recommend and also boat for 2 days from Axis boat rental (also from Loutraki port) - they were super helpful too & having never driven one before they gave us a lesson before sending us out. This was one of the real highlights of our stay. For a special meal and fantastic views would highly recommend Agnanti in Glossa - amazing menu and service. All in all one of our favourite holidays yet!

Very pleasant villa, good size, a peaceful break. The villa is in a quiet location a short (but rather tricky!) walk to Glossa town. The pool is a good size for a family of four. In general the villa is of high specification.
