The living area, with its cool blues and distressed wood floors, has two focal areas. The first is the bar, completely set up for all your beverages, and has a wine cooler. The second is the huge flat-screen TV. Couches, chairs and barstools provide conversational seating for 17.
Extras include a Spectrum select cable package with 155+ channels, including Disney+, VIX Premium, Paramount +, Max, Peacock Premium, AMC+. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is also provided, as is a telephone landline for local and long-distance calls in the U.S. and Canada. The homes televisions use ROKU and Spectrum. They are smart TVs, and you can sign in to a service that you have a subscription to during your stay.

The Actual townhome was excellent it fit our needs. The maintenance crew was excellent. They showed up to assist with 15 minutes. One thing that was confusing was that we were told that we had 3 reserved parking spots, however, it turned out to one only as the owner's golf cart occupied the second available spot. The resort the townhome was in located in did not have a trash receptacle available. When we called customer service they told us we could use the one located by the restaurant, which was on the opposite side of the resort from where we were located. We had to make multiple trips to empty our trash. We were disappointed that we could not take our own drinks down to the pools. We had to purchase from the bars they had located at each pool. While we enjoyed our time together at the facility, I don't think we will come back. There needs to be a lot more information about what is to be expected so there are no surprises

Great location . Pool is out of the back door. Close to the beach. No cleaning supplies are included except dish soap and laundry detergent. That’s really the own downfall. Dishwasher is pretty gross but other than that, it’s a great house.

Very nice house ,nice family atmosphere . The problem with the house is the amount of money it cost to stay there for a week they should have enough bandwidth to
run the tv’s , unfortunately they do not . It was a buffering nightmare and no help from on-site folks or the management company . They couldn’t return a call in 7 days .
