About this apartment rental
Enjoy this modern 2 bedroom apartment located walking distance from Wollongong’s main shops, eateries and just a 15min walk to the beach. The apartment hosts a contemporary industrial style and a spacious open plan living / dining overlooking the escarpment.
The space
Both bedrooms have King sized beds and independent access to the over-sized, sun drenched balcony. The North East facing aspect allows for a spectacular sunrise from over the ocean, providing a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee on the private balcony. The living and dining has floor to ceiling glass doors that show off the coastline and city backdrop and consists of a large wrap around couch ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine and cheese platter.
The bathroom boast a large bath and rainfall shower head to unwind and treat yourself to a well-deserved break from the daily grind.
The property has a shared pool and common area for cooling down on hot summers days, or just relaxing and reading a book(located on the roof top of level 3).
The apartment is fully secure as only those with an access card or is buzzed in can get to the floor.
Located a 2min drive from Wollongong Hospital, 5mins from Wollongong University, 5mins walk from Wollongong Mall - complete with specialist, boutique shops, eateries and entertainment. Wollongong Train Station is only 10min walk away!
An internal laundry is ideal for longer stays with a washing machine and dryer, adding to your daily convenience.
Lock up garage parking is available in visitors spots located on level 1. Also on street parking is available

Our family enjoyed our stay in this apartment, it was spacious, modern, close to shopping, cafes and the mall, and a has a great patio with a view. When we were accidentally low on the number of towels, I emailed and we were responded to promptly even with it being a long weekend. Some towels (and some yummy chocolates!) were delivered very quickly. Thank you and thank you for our very lovely stay.

The place was modern and clean. SAFE! Comfortable. Everything we needed. Excellent bathroom with plush towels (a face cloth would have been nice). Parking is secure but without a remote, it is a stretch to activate the opener from the right lane (we got use to it). The visitor parking spaces run out and you may need to park outside. A dedicated space would better. The construction noise across the street is 6 days a week and starts at 7am. However, it really didn’t bother us that much. Definitely worth it!

Sam the host was extremely welcoming and answered any questions immediately.The apartment was amazing had everything we needed,the bed's were extremely comfortable ( in fact wanted to take the bed home with me) Was close to Shopping centre Beaches and Train station we caught the train to Sydney and Kiama and left the car in the underground parking
