The location was great. It was comfortable enough. It was nice to have a small coffee machine.
I didn’t like having to pay a $1200 deposit for what was 2 nights in an average very small apartment, which hasn’t been refunded yet after checkout2 days ago. It was supposed to have been refunded after checking/ cleaning. We certainly left it as we had found it.
The front door lock was very hard to open, there was a huge open space in the bathroom ceiling where the hot water service was, very ugly.. The tv was not high quality. There was no table, even a small one would have been nice.

Hot water service not big enough.
Not vacuumed properly long blond hairs in bedroom and lounge.
No dish rack, only one tea towel available.
Neighbouring tenants stomping about late and early.
No bedsides for phones and or cpap machine.
Biodegradable rubbish bags out of date, disintegrating.

Great location. Rainwater showerhead. On site washer and dryer.
Lots of issues. Front door lock very eroded by saltwater which jammed the keys and made it difficult to use. Hot water ran out after 5mins. 1 out of 2 halogen light in bedroom out. No formal dining table just 2x small coffee tables made it hard to eat in. Probably best for a short stay.
Suggestions: strainer for sink, colanders for kitchen, small standing drawers in bathroom as no room for makeup/skincare/hairdryer
