About this apartment rental

## Space

In terms of layout, you will enter directly into the main room:

- a modern and fully equipped kitchen area (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cookware...) with a table and chairs.

- a lounge area with sofa, armchair, coffee tables, and a cabinet with a TV screen.
It is here that you will access the east-facing balcony/terrace, offering a beautiful view of the mountain (including Mont Revard in winter) and having a table, two chairs

You will access through the main room to:

- a bedroom with a queen size bed 160x200cm and a closet/wardrobe.

- a nice bathroom with shower, vanity unit and washing machine. You can access the separate toilets here.

Please note that:
- The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator
- There is free parking on the street (Avenue du Grand-Port)
- The building also has a bicycle room
- Bed linen and towels are provided
- Check-in and check-out times can be flexible except in case of cross-arrival and departure
- As the key collection is not autonomous, we ask for an extra charge of 15€ for arrivals between 8pm and 9.30pm, 30€ from 9.30pm and 50€ after midnight

Important note:
The apartment is located on the Avenue du Grand-Port side, which can cause noise pollution when the living room window is open.

-15 minutes walk from the magnificent Lake of Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddle, kayaking, cruising...) – Less than 5 minutes by car.

-A 15/20 minute walk from the city center of Aix les Bains, Riviera of the Alps, city dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its 18-hole golf course (a bus line serves the city center every hour)

- 25 minutes from the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, rich in a ducal past and a wide architectural heritage

- 35 minutes from Annecy, the "Venice of the Alps" with its charming old town and natural lake

- A 40-minute drive from the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where you can practice alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skating, sledging, snowshoeing, cycling, hiking, paragliding, with the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz

Before your arrival in the accommodation, you will receive a welcome booklet by email containing various practical and tourist information!

Aix-Les-Bains is very well connected:
- one hour from Lyon, Geneva and Grenoble via the Alpine motorway network.
- its station served by the TGV leads to Paris in three hours.
- 10 minutes from the small airport of Chambéry and 1 hour from the airports of Lyon or Geneva.
- A bus line will also take you to the city or the lake at different times of the day.
