Welcome to our stunning villa, a testament to innovative design and breathtaking simplicity. Perched on a plot with stunning views of the west coast and beyond, our architect had a vision that has come true. From wall-to-wall glass windows, you can gaze out at the enchanting islands of Mathraki, Orthonos and Ereikoussa, and you will be mesmerized by the beauty that surrounds you.
The space
Every corner of this villa is carefully designed to enjoy the awe-inspiring views. It is spacious, flooded with natural light and exudes ultra-modern charm. The pièce de résistance is undoubtedly the pool area, where you can sink into a lounge and watch the spectacular sunsets that grace this idyllic spot.

There are two bedrooms with king-size beds, which offer stunning sea views, and each with an en suite bathroom with a sink, walk-in shower and toilet. In addition, you will find two bedrooms with two single beds, with a magnificent view of the sea and private bathrooms with showers, sinks and WC.

The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you need: dishwasher, kettle, oven, hob and fridge freezer. In the spacious living room, you will find a large dining area with stunning wall-to-wall glass windows and doors leading to the pool area. There is also a cooling and heating system to ensure your comfort all year round. A guest bathroom and a dinette for eight complete the lounge, which also has a wall-mounted smart TV for entertainment.

For added convenience, there is a utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the infinity pool with sunken lounge. If desired, pool heating is available for an additional fee. Outside, large patio areas invite you to enjoy alfresco dining with a brick BBQ and dining area for eight.
Other facts you should know
To ensure your safety and the preservation of our property, we request your attention to the following important rules and notes:

1. Pool Safety: Our villa has an excellent infinity pool, offering a magnificent view. Although it is a fascinating feature, we recommend that you exercise caution. For the safety of all guests, especially children, we ask that parents or guardians supervise them at all times while they are near the pool area. Safety is our first priority and we greatly appreciate your vigilance.

2. No inflatables: In order to preserve the pristine condition of the pool and its surroundings, we would like to inform you that inflatables are not allowed in the pool area. This helps us ensure that everyone can enjoy its greatness.

3. Heated Pool (Optional): If you want to enhance your experience with a heated pool, we offer this service as an additional service. Please note that there is an additional charge of €55 per day for pool heating. Please let us know in advance if you wish to take advantage of this option so that we can make the necessary arrangements for your convenience.
