About this apartment rental
Penthouse with large terrace overlooking the entire Valencia coast and Cullera's lighthouse in one of the least crowded beaches in the city.
It is a completely new and very bright apartment, suitable for 2 couples of friends or a family with children. It has air conditioning hot cold so you do not spend cold in winter or heat in summer and 2 rooms with large double bed each and capacity for 4 people.
It also has free wifi for those who want to stay connected. To access the beach you can do it in 2 ways, down the parallel stairs to the community building and down the next street or get off with the car and park at the beach of El Dosel which is the closest to only 4 minutes by car. If you want to walk it will take approximately 12 minutes from our apartment. Dosel beach is a quiet, long and crowded beach even in August
It is a very quiet and quiet area, you will only hear the birds and the sound of the sea
You will enjoy a sunrise as you have never seen before, at night you will see the light of the Faro de Cullera and the little lights of the boats that approach the coast. It is great to eat or dine on the terrace with the stars!
As our reviews demonstrate, we take the hygiene and disinfection of the apartment very seriously Cleaning is performed by a certified professional cleaning company. The bed linen and towels are washed, sanitized and ironed by a large industrial laundry that serves the best known hotels and hospitals of the province. We also add an extra disinfection with an Ozone generator that is a powerful antimicrobial agent and kills 99% of bacteria and viruses.
This apartment is a legal accommodation registered in the registry of tourist apartments of the Valencian Community with number AT-44097-V that guarantees an accommodation in perfect state of habitability, conservation and cleaning. Cullera has a coastline of 15 kilometers of beautiful beaches of fine sand and transparent waters. The Mediterranean sea is very calm, perfect for children. Cullera also has a dog friendly beach, do not leave your pet at home!
It is important to highlight that the origin of the paella is from Valencia. In fact, the rice fields surround Cullera and in any restaurant you can taste a delicious and traditional Valencian paella
The weather in Cullera and its more than 320 sunny days per year are perfect for a relaxing holiday with very pleasant temperatures throughout the year. There are many things to see, do and visit in Cullera and surroundings!
Important!: You can leave your car at the Cullera train station and just 25 minutes you can be in Valencia city center. In the same North Station, a short walk from the Town Hall Square and the Old City There are trains every 30 minutes to Valencia.

Un très bon accueil de la part de notre hôte VIcente.
L'appartement tel que sur les photos neuf, fonctionnel et une vue imprenable !!!
La ville de Cullera n'est peut être pas la station balnéaire la plus belle, néanmoins les plages de sable blanc sont magnifiques, la mer très propre, la population locale très accueillante et de bonnes paëllas à savourer. La région Valencienne est une merveille, la ville de Valencia est toute proche.
Nous vous recommandons un séjour chez Vicente ...

Nos encantó. Mi pareja y yo pasamos unos días para celebrar nuestro aniversario y no pudimos elegir mejor. Que la luz del Faro de Cullera ilumine la terraza y parte del comedor es muy romántico. Y luego está la gastronomía de Valencia. Bufff, para repetir.

L'appartement est super grand avec une terrasse magnifique, comme il n'y avait pas de voisins grand calme avec les bruits des oiseaux uniquement et ça en regardant la mer c'est pas mal....
Vicente nous a indiqué tout ce dont nous avions besoin (restaurants, super marché etc..) et la ville est à moins de 5 minutes en voiture.
Pour notre part nous pensons que la voiture est conseillée pour pouvoir visiter un peu les environs et Valence qui finalement est assez proche et qu'il est recommandé de visiter (cité des sciences, vieille ville)
On ne saurait trop vous conseiller cet appartement à tout point de vue !!
