- A living room opening onto the balcony with :
Kitchen area: fitted & equipped kitchen with sink, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, multifunction microwave (including oven), filter coffee machine and kettle, hoover.
Living area: sofa, television, coffee table and storage space. A table with 4 chairs
- A bedroom with a 140*200cm bed (duvet and two square pillows), a two-door wardrobe.
- a shower room with shower, washbasin, mirrors, storage space and washing machine
- A separate WC
Outside:
- Balcony with electric awning, table and 2 chairs
- PRIVATE car park no. 104.
