If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Great location, and the views were wonderful. The house had everything we needed for our week stay. I did need the use of a dustpan and broom, stashing one under the kitchen sink would be great for those small messes.There were plenty of extra blankets and towels. Overall a great winter vacation for our family.

Beautiful views from the deck and the large windows inside. Very comfortable beds, plenty of space for a large group. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked at least one meal everyday so having all the appliances, tools and serving dishes was very appreciated. The only drawback to the house is there is a large amount of stairs to be navigated. You enter at a mid-level and immediately need to climb stairs up to the kitchen or down to the bedrooms. And, all bathrooms are on the lower level so stairs have to be used often. May not be a good choice for folks with bad knees or families with small children.
