Palace Gem is a thoughtfully and tastefully remodeled 1920’s bungalow in the heart of Santa Fe’s Historic Eastside. An easy walk to Canyon Road and the Plaza. Comfortably sleeps 6 people on two King beds and two twin beds.
The home opens to the light filled open-concept living/dining/kitchen with hardwood floors throughout. The living room is designed for comfortable entertaining or relaxing, and the dining room features access to an outdoor deck which allows for extended outdoor living and entertaining. The immaculate chef’s kitchen is tastefully appointed with high-end finishes and top-of-the-line Jenn-Air appliances. The master suite features a walk-in closet, private outdoor deck access, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with dual sinks, a large soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The King bed guest bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and the same level of tasteful finishes found throughout the house. There is also a second guest bedroom that has two twin beds. A sweet reading area with built-in bookshelves is located at the entry to the third outdoor deck space. The home has air-conditioning throughout.

This is a really stellar rental in Santa Fe! Walking distance to the plaza - quiet and beautiful inside and out. It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Our host responded quickly to every question. Will recommend it to any friends or family heading to New Mexico.

Beautiful property with great indoor and outdoor living. It’s 7 minutes from any and everywhere we wanted to go. Loved that it was pet friendly too.

Beautiful home, comfortable for our group of five. Walking distance to the Square but we enjoyed most meals in the great kitchen and dining deck. Wonderful communication with the manager, Richard too. Highly recommend!

We chose this rental b/c it was pet friendly, but it was so much more! Location is ideal, house was well maintained and the host was very communicative. Our dogs didn’t end up coming with us but so happy we chose this place! Really a gem:)
