We stayed at this rental for over a month and loved it. It was in a great neighborhood, pretty quiet and nice to take walks in with our baby and dog. Everyone was so nice in the area. The house was just what we needed to stay in to get to know the area before buying a house. I feel like it was 5-8 minutes from everything we did in Boerne. Lots of trails to go to, shopping, grocery stores, etc. I will definitely recommend for family and friends who come to visit us to stay here!! Also, the house had everything we needed in the kitchen which was a HUGE plus for us !(pots,pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc).

The property is a good size and accommodated us well and we really enjoyed our stay however there were a few issues I just wanted to share so they can be fixed for the next guest. The smoke alarm battery in one room is low so it is constantly beeping, the upstairs shower/tub does not drain well, there is no bath mat in the upstairs bathroom, the fan in the upstairs TV room wouldn’t work and when we got there some breakers had blown so we had to switch them back on.

The house IS beautiful and large but there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 5 towels for a party of 10 for 2 days. The upstairs bath had to be plunged several times and there were only 2 extra kitchen trash bags and half a roll of paper towels. Not set up for a large family at all. The outside lawn chairs were busted also. This is my 3rd house I have rented in Boerne and will not rent it again.
