We stayed at this rental for over a month and loved it. It was in a great neighborhood, pretty quiet and nice to take walks in with our baby and dog. Everyone was so nice in the area. The house was just what we needed to stay in to get to know the area before buying a house. I feel like it was 5-8 minutes from everything we did in Boerne. Lots of trails to go to, shopping, grocery stores, etc. I will definitely recommend for family and friends who come to visit us to stay here!! Also, the house had everything we needed in the kitchen which was a HUGE plus for us !(pots,pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc).

The property is a good size and accommodated us well and we really enjoyed our stay however there were a few issues I just wanted to share so they can be fixed for the next guest. The smoke alarm battery in one room is low so it is constantly beeping, the upstairs shower/tub does not drain well, there is no bath mat in the upstairs bathroom, the fan in the upstairs TV room wouldn’t work and when we got there some breakers had blown so we had to switch them back on.

Other than a minor issue with the access code, our stay was flawless. This is a great house for large groups with or without kids. Excellent location. Convenient to everything you’ll need. We would definitely recommend this house.

We had a long weekend so we took advantage of the time and went to Boerne. We shopped, ate, and took the kids to the caverns. It was perfect for our 3 families to all stay together.

Family from out of town would have been spread all over town had we not booked this property. And was a quick walk to the graduation ceremony! Home and hostess were lovely, the property is absolutely gorgeous!

Easy check-in/out procedures. Communication with the host was prompt. The property was very nice and clean. Great location (just a few minutes drive to downtown Boerne where you can stroll, shop, eat, etc. and a fast 30-40 min drive to San Antonio) Plenty of space and beds everywhere! 2 bathrooms so with a large crowd that became an issue at times. The hiccup occurred the night of check-in. Another group arrived after us saying they also booked this property but through another site. (We booked through VRBO.) While we were talking to the new people they noticed their booking was suddenly cancelled. Not sure how that double-booking occurred or how it was resolved but it did make for a very uncomfortable situation. It also made me realize if they had gotten there first, we would likely be in the same situation as they were. Very unfortunate. Other than some annoying fruit flies that were there when we arrived, everything else was great. I would recommend this property and the area of Boerne!

Lots of room, which was perfect for our stay. Plenty of beds too. The screened-in back porch was wonderful, and a lovely backyard right up against a nice walking trail.

We stayed here for our son’s wedding at the Lost Mission and it was very nice. The only issue was the bed in the master bedroom. It was horrible. Thin mattress and sagged terribly. Only one person could sleep in it. The other bedrooms were great!

Tastefully remodeled, this lovely very spacious home in a cool neighborhood was ideal for my family while gathering to celebrate my brother’s 80th birthday at the Tusculum Brewery in Boerne just a mile away. The furnishings were fresh with comfortable seating and beds. Plenty of parking and eating areas including an outdoor covered and screened patio with a picnic table. We were delighted to be able to walk to downtown historic Boerne where we discovered fun shops, good live music, and cold beer. Quite enjoyable!
