Loved this condo! Perfect for our stay. Visited MB for our son’s Ripken Experience World Series - this condo was minutes from everything. Unit is on the 17th floor but rarely had to wait for the elevator. Adequately stocked with kitchen supplies if you plan to cook - even has a countertop icemaker! Three bath towels per full bath, plenty of clothes hangers, and comfy sofa, chairs, and beds. Absolutely loved the balconies - one off the living area and one upstairs off the main bedroom. My favorite place to be! Loved the light up palm tree also. There was a pier that was under construction nearby and a little noisy during the day but couldn't be heard with balcony door closed. Parking is across the street with ample spaces, never an issue. The building is on the older side but this condo was worth it. As anywhere, there will always be a few nicer places and many more not so nice, but we will definitely consider booking this again should we return to Myrtle Beach.

This condo is beautiful! Modern updates and a 2 story floor plan with 3 restrooms (2 full) was perfect for my family. Love the balconies on both floors and the light up palm tree and fireplace (sans heat). We used the washer and dryer almost everyday and cooked often. Never used the pools but spent time on the beach which is a few steps away. There is some construction on a pier nearby which was a little loud at times when outside but never heard it while inside the condo. There will always be some nicer places and many more not so nice, but this condo was perfect for our needs. The penthouse is on the 17th floor but never had to wait for an elevator very long. The Palms Resort is on the older side but not an issue because the condo made up for it! The garage is across the street with ample parking and easy access. Our door code had to be reset once which took less than 5 minutes. We stayed in Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience and this place was convenient to everything. We would definitely consider booking this again!
