Fines: $200/day per violation for over-occupancy, unauthorized pets, smoking, or rule infractions

All was great with this property. We appreciate the flexibility with allowing an early check in time and responsive communication. Just be mindful the 3rd bedroom is very small.

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Palms resort! There was a lot of room for our family of 5 to sleep and relax in the condo. There were a few minor issues/updates that I recommended, which were well received by management. Beyond that, the location, cleanliness, beach access, pool and views were beautiful! (Moonrise photos from the balcony attached).

The location was great, right on the beach. However the resort is old, there was a distinct, not pleasant smell as soon as you walked in. The condo was nice but the bed in the second bedroom was broken. And a chair in the living room is broken as well.
