About this apartment rental
Top floor condo with sweeping views of the ski mountain, downtown and the Steamboat valley. Winsome is the perfect description, small but complete.
The floorplan is efficiently laidout with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate bedroom. Our one bedroom condo is perfect for 2 people.
Recently remodeled, it is well appointed and has all the amenities needed. High speed WiFi. The living room has large windows on 2 sides. The kitchen comes equipped with a full compliment of cooking essentials. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with the window looking up to Thunderhead gondola.
Except for a small owner's closet, guests can use the entire condo. There are coin operated washers and dryers on the main floor of the building. 2 parking lots for ample parking. We recommend using the upper lot to minimize the stairs to 1 flight.
Our condo is perfect for Steamboat guests wanting to be outside exploring. A comfortable place to base your adventures from. A car is helpful but if you prefer, the free bus is a 1/3 mile.

It’s was overall a very enjoyable stay! I thought that it was just about the perfect place and there were some added things that I didn’t expect. For example, there was a pitcher of water in the fridge, which was nice when it got hot and the little candies put around. I was really comfortable. I had trouble getting the WiFi password to work. This was not a huge deal because I didn’t really need to use the WiFi all that much, but I just wanted to mention that I had some trouble with it. Overall though, really great stay.

Small but well stocked and thoughtfully laid out. We appreciated all the power outlets, kitchen gadgets, and the amazing views! The location was great. We stayed for a week while snowboarding at Steamboat. We could walk to the lifts in 20 minutes (free public transit also available nearby). The apartment is up 2 flights of stairs, so be aware if you have limited mobility. Overall, it was a lovely stay and had everything we needed.

The condo was cute and easy to find but the cleanliness was not what we expected. While the host was responsive and agreed to cancel our stay so we could find alternative accommodations, immediately on check in we found a black hair on one of our pillows, there was a dead bug on the bathroom wall, and the overall cleanliness was not what we expected. The owners cabinet was left unlocked and it seemed as though the cleaners or owner was in a rush prior to our checkin. We do appreciate the owner’s responsiveness when we brought up our concerns.
