About this apartment rental
As of 6/1/2020, I will only make 1-2 months at a time available for reservations. I usually try and open up a new month(s) around the 15th of the month prior.
Come to Steamboat Springs and relax in our home away from home. Park your car in the over-sized one car heated garage and enter directly into our large (approx. 800 sq. ft.) one bedroom unit.
Our condo is very nicely furnished, and has everything we could think of to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We are located on the mountain just a few blocks from the Ski area. If you are not bringing your car, the garage is still a great place to store all of your gear and you can use the free Steamboat Springs Transit bus service with a stop located at the front of the complex.
The cozy living area has a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and a high quality queen sleep sofa with a 5 inch mattress. There is a leather recliner for relaxing and a 32 inch HDTV with cable and HBO. We provide WiFi and have a printer/copier available if needed. There are also games, movies, toys and books for all ages.
The bedroom has a King bed with high quality linens and a down comforter. There is a ceiling fan and a 29 inch HDTV that also has cable and HBO.
The full size kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals at home. There are full size stainless steel appliances along with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, toaster oven, griddle, and Crock Pot. We have also added a Keurig brewer, so bring your favorite K Cups and enjoy. There is a dining area with a table for 4 and also seating at the bar.
The bathroom has a large granite topped vanity and a tub/shower combo (with newly added hand rails) a shower massage and all the hot water you could possibly need.
All linens, towels, dishes, silverware and cookware are provided, as are an iron/ironing board, soaps and laundry detergent. There is an extra large laundry room with a full size washer & dryer along with extra hanging and storage space for guests staying in the living room. If the weather is nice, we have a west facing patio with table and chairs to enjoy time outside in the awesome Steamboat sunshine!

This facility is a basic one bedroom condo that was just fine for my husband and me for three nights. The garage is a plus. There is no shuttle service to the ski area but the bus stop is a 5 minute walk.

Flew into Denver from Nashville for a ski weekend with my best friend from high school. The place was great! Almost walking distance to the base but the 3 minute drive allowed us to get there early for free parking. Condo is clean with several nice amenities like laundry and full kitchen we didn’t use. One of us slept on the bed and the other, on the pull-out. Both were great for two tired oldish dudes after long ski days.The garage was a huge plus and the location from the gondolas—being a short drive to Steamboat Springs also made for ease in getting around. Thanks for having us!
