LUXURY BEACH RETREAT!! "The Water's Edge"---Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2023 New Construction just a short walk to the beach!! Option to heat pool and spa. You will enjoy relaxing in our spacious meticulously clean home with all the amenities you desire.

Large Living Room/Dining Room Combo with a HUGE fully stocked kitchen.
Lots of Deck Space around the pool and on the second /third levels.
3 bedrooms with King Beds and ensuite bathrooms
1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed and en suite bathroom
1 bedroom with a King Bed and shared Jack & Jill bathroom
1 Kids' Suite with Full over Full bunk with a twin trundle, and a set of twin Built in Bunk Beds (5 beds and a shared Jack & Jill bathroom)
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire place except for a couple small closets where the owners will keep personal belongings.
Other things to note.
Parties and events are not allowed at this home. No smoking and Pets are not allowed on the property. Pool can be heated in spring & fall for a fee. The Spa can be heated for a fee year round.
Home includes a Level 2 Tesla (240V) EV charging station in the garage.

I booked this for a girl's weekend, and it fully delivered! We especially loved the spa hot tub (we paid for the heat, and it heated up in just about 30 minutes each time), and proximity to the beach. We used the wagon and beach chairs in the garage and the beach was only a block and a half away. You do not need to rent a golf cart if staying there. The open first floor is great for gatherings. The bedroom pictures aren't fully accurate (e.g. the room that says king bed is showing a full over full bunk bed). There is actually a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed connecting via Jack & Jill Bath to a king room. Would definitely recommend and would rent again!

we rented john’s place for a bachelorette party of 13 and the stay was truly everything we hoped for and more. aside from the cleanliness and the amenities (stocked mini toiletries, towels, washer and dryer, kitchen fully stocked) the space itself was beautiful and served as a perfect backdrop for our bachelorette party. all 13 women were in beds (kings and queens were shared of course) and the number of en suites was so convenient. loved this space and john was easy to get in contact throughout our stay. would highly recommend for large parties!
