You will love this fantastic convenient location at Ciboney Condominium Unit 4011 at 2076 Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, Florida across from beach and close to the famous beach front Pompano Joe's Restaurant and Bar.
Private Gated Beach Walkover for this 4th floor penthouse/condominium with 2 bedrooms plus a 3rd separate bunk bedroom. Could sleep up to 7 people with a king-size bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the 2nd, 2 bunk beds in the 3rd bed/bunk room that would be perfect for 2 kids, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Gorgeous views of the sugar white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico!
Easy to get around to discover the fabulous restaurants and shopping! There is an awesome walking and bike trail all along Scenic Gulf Drive with stunning views of the Gulf.
At the Private Deeded Beach Access and area you can rent chairs & umbrellas. There are several beach chairs and umbrellas in the closet, beach toys for the kiddos, and Pickleball and Tennis rackets and balls.
In the quieter area of Miramar Beach (east Destin). Less than 150’ to the private beach and gated dune walkover. Easy access just across the 2-lane beach road (30 mph) called Scenic Gulf Drive.
Super location for the whole family as it is midway between Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, and the unique shops of Sandestin and the Destin Commons for the gals and the fishing charters and the 7 Destin golf courses for the guys, plus the Big Kahuna's Water Park and The Track Amusement Park for the kids, yet away from all the traffic of downtown Destin.

Check in was a breeze! The place very clean and put together when we got there. We primarily cooked our meals there and the kitchen had all the amenities to cook. The closets also had beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for our young kids to play with, which was a pleasant surprise! The location is truly close to the beach. Just a short walk and you’re there! Overall, this was a great place to stay. One of the rooms does have bunk beds (as seen in the photo’s) but without side rails, our younger kids could not stay in that room. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice. Jody was also great! She even called in the middle of our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

The best part of rental was the beach access and the private beach. The beach was not crowded in our area and was so nice.
As far as the condo it self it needs some work and updating. I don't expect to have perfect new furniture but everything had seen it's better days and had a lot of age. The washer was leaking water and had rust when you opened the lid. The dryer would not dry unless it was a very small load. Only one tv remote worked for all the TV's. I could go on but you get the point.
Another issue we had was the check out procedure. We were not aware that we had to pay a cleaning fee and then clean the place before we leave. We have stayed in many places in Destin and we always have the typical check out process. But I have never had to vacuum floors, sweep floors, wash and put up towels, clean all dishes and put up, wipe down the condo, and start washing sheets. So a crew can come in and put sheets in dryer and then make up beds and leave. The bathrooms were not cleaned when we arrived.
Me and my wife will not be staying in this condo or complex again.
