Relax by the pool or walk to the beaches of Miramar Beach with miles of shoreline as your playground. Pompano Joe's beachside restaurant is just across the street for lunch and dinner. The Silver Sands outlet mall is just a few miles away for an abundance of great shopping; it is the nation's largest designer outlet. You will never forget your stay at Ciboney 1007!
Ciboney Condominiums is a complex of vacation rentals just across the street from Miramar Beach. Its amenities include gated beach access, a seasonally heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, outside rinsing facility, and grilling area. You'll be a block from world-famous Pompano Joe's, where you can get the freshest fish and a tropical drink right on the beach. Jet ski, parasailing, and paddle board rentals are located on the beach there as well.

Ciboney is located close to the Silver Sands Factory Outlet, the nation’s large designer factory outlet featuring more than 100 name brand designer stores. Also close by is the Destin Commons with incredible eateries, upscale shopping, a park with pop up fountains at its center.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This condo was perfect! Family of 5 and we had more than enough room. The first floor was amazing, no stairs or elevators was such a plus. The place came equipped with plenty. Loved having the washer and dryer. We used the beach chairs that were in the rental. We tried to use the umbrella but definitely needed something to drill into the ground to hold it. We brought our own keurig for coffee because that’s what we prefer but there was a coffee maker available. The shower was hot hot and plenty of pressure. The location was amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

We loved the bottom floor room, and the location, however, the photos do not show the walkway to the beach being stairs, so when we had our wagon we had to have two people carry it down the steep stairs, since there wasn’t a ramp, but overall it was good!

Great place to stay. Only problem I had was the ice make in the refrigerator did not work. When I called the managing company, Real Joy, about it their response was, "Do you see the ice trays in the freezer? Use them..." Not very professional at all.

The location is convenient, right across the road from the beach, but you have to go down a long steep staircase. It's also only a minute down the road from the public entrance, so the private entrance isn't much of a selling point. The beach at the Ciboney entrance is also full of chairs and umbrellas spanning the whole beach, that are costly to rent, and leave little space to set up your own gear right in front of the water.The place itself was relatively spacious and the layout was as described, but the floors were very dirty when we arrived with several dead spiders in the corners. Our crawling baby's knees were black with dirt by the end of the first day. There were not good supplies for keeping it clear either. A ratty broom with no dust pan, and an ancient noisy vacuum that doesn't pick up sand well.The place in general is in need of some significant repairs and upgrades. There were stains on the ceiling. A cosmetic issue, but pretty unappealing to see. Several panels of the vertical blinds in the main room were broken off, making it impossible to have privacy, which is not good when you face the lawn. The toilet seat on one toilet was broken, and it frequently wouldn't refill, requiring you to open it up and juggle the levers.Worst though was that the lock on the window in bunk room is completely broken off. That window faces the main walkway on ground, a major security issue. Wasn't comfortable letting the kids in there at night.Overall ok, but needs tlc.
